A thirteen-year-old boy, Nikola Perić was beaten on July 2 by a group of Albanians in the village of Gojbulja near Vučitrn.
The attack occurred while the boy was returning home from football alone, when adult Albanians attacked him, knocked him to the ground, beat him and tore the cross he was wearing around his neck and trampled it on the ground.
The injured boy was taken to the hospital to the Clinical Hospital Center in Kosovska Mitrovica, where he was detained for further examination and monitoring of his health.
With visible injuries above the eye, bruises and cuts on his arms and legs, Nikola told reporters that he was attacked by a group of boys, older than himself, without giving any reason for that.
- I played football with my brothers and friends, and then they approached me and attacked me for no reason. They started hitting me, and when I started to run, they caught up with me and knocked me to the ground. Then they hit me and kicked in the head, body, they broke my gold chain with a cross on it and trampled it on the ground. - visibly upset and scared, Nikola said.

His uncle Aleksandar Perić also believes that the last attack and beating of thirteen-year-old Nikola Perić is only a logical sequence of events that have been happening lately in Gojbulja.
- The life of Serbs in Gojbulja is very difficult and I can freely say that something like this was expected from Albanians who provoke every day. They desecrated our church, damaged the cemetery, they attack the village almost every day to provoke, and most often the target is the school where they also attacked Nikola, when he was playing football with his friends - says Perić.
He
believes that the so-called "Kosovo police", which, as he says, is not
doing its job properly, is also to blame for the attacks that are taking
place.
- Half an hour after we called them, they came to the scene, even though Vučitrn is close. They almost always say that they did not see anything, they cannot find out who did it, and today they said that this attack on Nikola was a children's fight. This is not a children's fight, the boys are much older and bigger than him, and they attacked him for no reason because it cannot be a children's fight - concludes Perić.
In his opinion, the goal of the frequent attacks of Albanians on the remaining Serbs in Gojbulja is to intimidate them and force them to sell their property and leave their centuries-old homes.
The intention of the Albanians to expel all those who are not Albanians on an ethnic basis is old, and the Serbian side warned about that a long time ago, but the Western media, burdened with anti-Serbian propaganda, deliberately close their eyes to that. In that way, they openly help the creation of the largest ethnic state in Europe, the so-called "Greater Albania", whose borders were drawn by Hitler in the Second World War. Helping Albanians to that end is by far one of the most expensive political projects launched by Western governments.
